I just wanted to talk about up coming cosplays or ones I've been thinking about recently. Just as a break from having to design layouts or get my head around renders for Maya.
Ones for Kitacon 2010:-George Weasley [Harry Potter series]: Ahh can't wait for this one. I freaking love the Weasley Twins. I will be having ~XMoonLilyX as my Fred. We've been planning it for ages now! It's a shame the seller of her wig doesn't sell it anymore, so wanted matching wigs DX Anyway yes can't wait for this one. Plus it's quite simple, most can be bought and altered so I won't have to worry to much about it. Yes I realise me and ~XMoonLilyX don't look that much alike, plus not to mention I'm stupidly tall. Still doesn't stop me from wanting to cosplay him!!!
-Canada [Axis Powers Hetalia]: I LOVES HIM!!!! plus he's all finished now so I don't need to worry about him. Might make him some goggles and get him a new shirt which fits better but apart from that he's all done. Got some great picture ideas too. Oh guys we still need to get the "Bed and boxers" shot as we didn't get it from Fuyu. Wow it sounds really dirty but it's not, honest!
-Pepper Potts [Iron Man]: Yay my first comic book character cosplay. I loved her in the film, so sweet and nice and beautiful. As soon as she said the line "... and occasionally take out the trash" I knew I loved her. Plus her cosplay is pretty simple too, I can buy it from Primark/Asda etc. I also want to cosplay the blue dress she wears at that party in the film. Just trying to find one isn't going well though. Might have to ask my friend when she comes up if she can help me with that. I'm going to be wearing it on Sunday night of Kita since I like dressing up fancy, even if there's not going to be a ball like at Fuyu. Anyone want a dance?~
-Miku Hatsune [Vocaloid]: The most complicated costume out of the lot above but the one I'm most excited about. For one it's a girl cosplay (yay!) and another she's so freakin' cute, I get to act cute!!! Since with Yoko I kinda failed being sexy because I'm NOT! Miku will be a nice change. Plus I get to play with LEDs, if all goes well I'm going to be lighting up the dance floor at night XD I've found the perfect wig for her so need to buy that. I'm just worried that it looks simple yet theres so much detail and I want to get it right. And now for some dream cosplays, ones I'm doing for Amecon and ones that I will never do but want to but I don't have the skills:
(Gijinka) Pokemon: GOTTA CATCH THEM ALL POKEMON! Looking forward to his, it's simple and summery. I might get contacts for it too if I can get used to wearing them. This will be for the masq at Amecon 2010 with my friend *pickles-chan God I'm so SCARED!!!
Axel [Kingom Hearts 2]: This is for ~XMoonLilyX's Sora (she's going to look so cute!) I've always wanted to cosplay Axel and was going to last year but I failed at the wig. I now know what I'm doing so gunna get this one done for Amecon 2010. Summer+Pleather coat = DEATH!!!!
Eleanor Josephine Garside [My OC Steampunk character]: I love Steampunk so want to get my Steampunk cosplay done for after Amecon 2010 but unfortuently I'm still think of a design for her and I want to change her existing story. I don't know whether to go for a elegant higher class lady look or for an engineer. Might bug *juggern0ught and *sjbonnar for help when their not busy.
Bayonetta: I seriously want to make love to this game! I'm so excited for it's release even though I don't have a system to play it on (FAIL!) I so want to cosplay her but I've got to tell myself I can't! I'll just get mad because I don't have the skills to make her costume. Maybe one day... it's defiantly a dream cosplay.
Yue [Cardcaptor Sakura]: I loved this show when I was a kid and Yue was freakin' awesome, Juilian was pretty funny too. Always eating and what not. Anyway yes Yue, I've always wanted to cosplay a character with wings. He's so amazing! This is defiantly a dream cosplay for sure. I'd love to have a CCS group but this is way in the future when I actually start becoming good at cosplay.
George Stobart [Broken Sword]: Scariest game EVER! Yet I liked the character. Plus ~XMoonLilyX wants to cosplay Nico from the game so when she wants to I shall put together this cosplay. Hopefully I will be able to do "intimate" shots with you hun, god I'm going to be so uncomfortable, I'm stupidly shy. We should find a grave-yard so we can do the ending scene minus the exploding church.
Guybrush Threepwood [Monkey Island series]: Ahh the first video game character I had a crush on. I really love this guy and Dominic does a fantastic job voicing him! I don't know which version I'd do but I'd like to pay my respects to the mighty-est pirate EVER!!!
Yoko [TTGL]: Yes she will return, fear not! I always want to do different versions of her based off her music video "S.t.a.r.S". I want to do Air Hostess Yoko, Rock Star Yoko, School Uniform Yoko, casual PJs Yoko and maybe Glamour Yoko..... yeah XD A bit Yoko obsessed huh? I LOVE HER TO BITS! Still yet to watch the rest of the series lol.... so no SPOILERS!!!! If you read through all that you get a COOKIE!!!! *gives cookie* I'd love your comments on the cosplays above, or any tips or ideas on them please.
